How does the 3-day free trial work? +
Pick a plan, select your game, and checkout with Stripe. You won't be charged until day 4. Cancel anytime before then and pay nothing. One trial per person — we track by email to keep it fair.

How fast is server setup? +
Instant. When Stripe confirms payment, our system automatically creates your panel account, assigns an IP, and starts your server — typically under 60 seconds. No manual ticket queue.
Can I run modpacks and plugins? +
Yes. Full SFTP and file manager access. Our panel includes a built-in Modrinth browser to install mods without leaving the panel. Upload any modpack, plugin, or custom jar — no restrictions.
Where are your servers located? +

What's your refund policy? +
